Sales Ledger Assistant – Glasgow

Full-time | Office-based | Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm

We’re recruiting a Sales Ledger Assistant for a well‑established business in Glasgow. This is a full‑time, office‑based role within a fantastic finance team, reporting to a supportive Financial Accountant who is committed to developing her team.

Duties will include:

  • Raising and processing customer invoices
  • Maintaining accurate sales ledger records
  • Resolving invoice and order discrepancies
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Supporting month‑end activities
  • General finance administration

About you:

  • Previous experience within a finance team
  • Sales ledger / accounts receivable or invoicing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Keen to learn and develop within finance
