Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end German payroll for employees across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with German tax laws and social security regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll queries.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and produce statutory reports.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in German payroll processing (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of German employment and tax legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills highly desirable.
