Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end German payroll for employees across multiple regions.
  • Ensure compliance with German tax laws and social security regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll queries.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and produce statutory reports.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in German payroll processing (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of German employment and tax legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills highly desirable.
