The Role
As Global Payroll Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and an exceptional employee experience. You will lead and support a payroll team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage relationships with external payroll providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for global payroll processing.
- Ensure payrolls are delivered accurately and on time across multiple international locations.
- Manage relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers.
- Monitor payroll compliance, legislation and governance requirements across different jurisdictions.
- Drive process improvements and support payroll transformation initiatives.
- Act as the key escalation point for complex payroll queries and issues.
- Produce payroll reporting and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR, Finance and external partners to ensure seamless payroll operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' payroll experience within a complex payroll environment.
- Previous global payroll experience supporting multiple countries and regions.
- Experience leading, supervising or mentoring payroll teams.
- Strong vendor management experience and the ability to manage third-party payroll providers effectively.
- Excellent understanding of payroll compliance and payroll controls.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
