Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment (Formerly Hutcheon Mearns) is delighted to be supporting our client, a well-established organisation within the construction industry, in the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a temporary basis, with the potential to extend or become a permanent role for the right candidate.
This is a full-time role that will be based from our clients office in Westhill.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and collaborative finance function, working as part of a small team and supporting the finance department with day-to-day accounts payable duties. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
Background and experience
- Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient with finance systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
